My daughter's car had been broken into through the driver's side window. This was about three Saturday's ago. Kelley's Automotive told us to contact you folks.
I called and talked with Kimberly that morning. What a wonderful experience it was talking to her. Her genuine care was so evident in her voice. My daughter had mentioned to her that one of the things that was taken was her Bible.

Windshield Replacement and Repair - Gilbert, Arizona
Kim and Darrell are Amazing, They go above and beyond to help their customers with the situation at hand. I have 07 Dodge Ram. The back slider was leaking. I called A to Z after a referral was given by a close friend. Kim helped with the insurance claim, explained the situation to insurance company, and got an approval right away. Darrell came to install the window but after looking at it, he realized I had the wrong rear window in my truck! My truck came from a dealership here in the Valley. After a lengthily battle with the dealership it seemed to get me no-where. I called A to Z to see if Darrell could come to the dealership when I met with their glass company. Darrell went out of his way to come and Help me resolve this situation. I, in the end, won the battle and the dealership is fixing their mistake. Kim and Darrell are Great caring, friendly people. I own a 1965 Mustang 2+2 with the original chrome around the front window. I have been searching for a very long time to find someone that knew how to remove the chrome without causing damage. When another glass guy told me to call these guys, I knew they must be good. They were here when they said they would be and did a fantastic job. From now on there is only one company that will replace my glass. Thanks guys!!

If more people ran their business like Darrell & Kimberly, the world would be a much happier and much less stressful place!! Called at around 9:30 am, Darrell was at my door within 2 hours. What I had thought was a simple repair actually turned out to be a major safety concern due to a poor previous installation (different company). Darrell called my insurance company, argued on my behalf as the company, that lil' gecko one, didn't want to cover me - even though I pay extra for glass coverage. When insurance failed to pay up, Darrell recommended a better carrier and then gave me an unbelievably gracious break on my problematic repair. Seriously, how many businesses actually care about their customers anymore??? I wish these two would clone themselves and take over the business world - we would all be much happier. Great people doing a great job.
